Lots of dogs on the TTOR Trails, especially the old carriage roads, which also attract bicyclists. |

TTOR Whitney and Thayer Woods Trails; Wompatuck State Park Trails; unofficial Whitney Woods riding trail
There are good on-line hiking trail maps for both the Whitney and Thayer Woods Reservation and Wompatuck State Park. The former has 10 miles of Trails, of which I hiked about 6.5. The latter has a lot more than that - I hiked about 2 miles, including duplication. The Reservation has some beautiful sections, especially Milliken Memorial Path and the Holly Grove, and the views north from the open summit of Turkey Hill were great. |
