Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Thanks to the temperature (low 40s), the ice coating the steep, rocky section of the Skyline South Trail east of Eliot Tower was either melted or soft, so traction was not needed. The Yellow Dot Trail around Houghtons Pond is more a dirt road, popular with dog-walkers.
