Water Crossing Notes: Rocks are mossy and moist, use care when selecting your traverse.  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Huge amounts of garbage at Purgatory Falls Road trail head. Litter throughout, primarily at lower falls, but also at middle and upper. Trail blazing is rather schizophrenic around first bridge.

Dog-Related Notes: One woof 
Bugs
Bugs: Mosquitoes, occasional deer flies. No ticks.

Lost and Found: White/Black sunglasses at Upper falls Tent at Purgatory Rd. Trailhead.

Comments: simply gorgeous area. Online map might be helpful.
Lots of roots. Hiking stick might be helpful.
