Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Nothing.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Nice new kiosk at the trailhead. The big ugly oak blowdown on the State Line Trail that I mentioned in my June 20 and my July 28 report has been cleared, thanks! However, a little further north on the same State Line Trail, there is now a fresh double spruce blowdown and then a little further north from that there is a new big Birch blowdown. These are both basically walkarounds, the birch maybe more of a step-over and -under. Otherwise trails are in good shape, except of course for the mile wide herdpaths ascending Watatic.

Comments
Comments: Nice weather, and great visibility. We went to the Middlesex County Highpoint for the sake of my companion, T-Bone. Thanks to him for getting me out today instead of working.
