Comments: Great day for a hike. Lots of friendly people enjoying the nice weather and perfect conditions. The trails, however, are as sloppy as a soup-sandwich. That's to be expected this time of year and it was a great opportunity to put my new Salomon Quest boots to the test. Views from Alander Mountain ridge were amazing. Catskills were clearly visible to the west. Check out the video link below for some incredible aerial footage.
