Parking/Access Road Notes: I parked at Main Rd in Tyringham MA with no issues over night. Small area can fit about 6 cars if parked right.

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All bridged... Very few streams of quality to pull from. No water from Fernside Rd to the Shelter.  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Acorns will be the death of me. So many that my feet rolled out from under me.  
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: This was a 9 mile route of varied conditions. The lack of water is a concern. If your dog like long distances, go for it.

Bugs: Yellow Jackets nest in the pasture before the gas line.

Comments: A weekend on the AT with a few small up trails that almost kicked my butt. Great late fall weather or is it summer out there? Had a great hike and got the miles that I needed the continue to work my way through Massachusetts.
