About 3-4 inches of unpacked powder. Ice was an issue on both roads and trails. Some heavier accumulations were easy to spot, the rest was pretty well hidden and just waiting for the unwary. Microspikes worked pretty well. While some were barebooting it, I would not have been comfortable doing so. |
