Didn't quite hit this one right. Parked at Stevens Estate and followed the trail from there, which ended at a paved road. Doubled back and followed a faint old trail uphill (rock stairway), which faded out quickly. Bushwhacked over small knoll and up to summit, onto another trail, which I followed to the excellent field viewpoint. I suspect the peak is best accessed via the field, as I didn't notice much of any other approach to it in the woods. |
