Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: none. A couple mini bridges over vernal wet areas.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Excellent. New boardwalk and observation platform with rails overlooking the bog.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Those we saw were well-behaved. Please note that the Trustees of Reservations has provided bags for your dog #$%^. There is also a sign that says "Do not leave your bags here." "Here" means the whole reservation, not just the area by the sign. I know people who use this site do the right thing, hopefully others will as well.
Bugs: I just found a tiny tick crawling on my neck. If it ain't one thing, it's another, as the song goes.

Comments: Posting this primarily to let folks know that just because there are 50 vehicles in the lot doesn't mean there's a crowd. Ward Reservation is at least 400 acres and has many diverse trails. You can have a great time here and still maintain social distance. Located in Andover/North Andover, so easy to get to. With the warm weather here you can forget your worries about Corona and worry about Lyme instead! Just remember to check yourself and you'll have a good time.
