Snow bridges still mostly hanging in there, but not much longer, I'd say |

Really well blazed and signed trails |

Saw one very handsome husky with almost white blue eyes in a dark face. |

One kahtoola microspike, size large, found where Thunderbolt crossed BP, we left it hanging on a tree at BP parking |

Some icy stretches on the southern aspects, where microspikes were handy enough.
On the summit ridge and north, also coming down bellows pipe, snowshoes saved us from postholing in the spring snow where so many others had done so. One hardy soul skied down the Thunderbolt, which looked like Baghdad airport after the shock and awe campaign, craters to the left, craters to the right. |
