Comments
Comments: Mid State Trail & various unmarked north of summit

Just enough snow that the snowshoes were helpful, but still banged them around on rocks. Especially on the less-traversed trails, snowshoes are probably still useful through the weekend. Lots of hikers/skiiers going up in bare boots making it less likely that a well-packed walking trail will develop outside of the ski trails. Some sections near the MA-119 parking lot had standing water or mud that required some care to traverse or avoid. Great views from the top as always!
