Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: We parked one car in lot 6900 off Rt. 138 (see https://www.mass.gov/doc/blue-hills-trail-map-guide/download ), and it was nearly empty. We parked another car in lot 4234 next to Shea Rink, which was nearly full at around 9:30am (perhaps some event at the rink), but nearly empty when we finished at 3:30pm.

Comments
Comments: We did a traverse of the Skyline Trail from Rt. 138 to Shea Rink, following the north branch. The observatory on Great Blue Hill is under construction, so it is closed and there are currently no restrooms available there. There are porta potties near Reservation Headquarters.
