Comments
Comments: Generally snow free but a little mucky down low. Reservoir still has almost full ice, but I wouldn't trust it.

Abandoned ski trails had some pockets of natural snow, but where otherwise bare with some muck in places

New England Trail was a mix of dry ledge, wet ledge, muck, and slush. Maybe an inch or two of spring snow in places. Nowhere near enough to be able to snowshoe until more snow falls. Barebootable this afternoon, but spikes may be a good idea when things freeze.

B17 (paved road) was still holding snow/slush and was sloppy above the memorial. Spikes probably a good idea when things freeze.

Nice spring-like afternoon with partly sunny skies and temperatures in the 50s.
