Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: I parked in the small dirt parking area where the BCT crosses Ipswich Rd 1.8mi east of the roads jct with Rt 1. I think there was one other car here with room for a few more. I believe there was more parking across the street as well.

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: There was one iced over water crossing about 5-10min in. No need to bring spikes otherwise, so just shuffle your feet across. It looked very out of place!
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: I'm not sure if this section of the DHT was also marked with the rectangular markers on trails with the trails name on it. I do not recall any blowdowns.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Good trails for dogs. They are allowed but must be leashed.
Bugs
Bugs: None

Comments
Comments: Third and final hike of the day after the Pine Swamp Circuit, and a loop out of the southern portions of the DHT and Grass Rides Loop. This hike got me the small northernmost portion of the DHT that I still needed. I did an OAB on the northernmost 1.4mi of the trail in Bradley Palmer State Park. Note the icy crossing above. Beyond that, the hike was very easy and straightforward. Wet trail with melting snow. Gaia had me at 3mi, 150ft of gain, 1hr.
