 | Water Crossing Notes: |
I don't think there were any. |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The trail is marked in red. I don't recall exactly but I think it was marked pretty well and easy to follow. I did make a note in my other trail report for the stem part of this lollipop loop closer to Rock Circuit Trail that at a right hand turn 0.1mi from Rock Circuit Trail, there is a red marking similar to that of this trail to the left which was rather confusing. I don't recall any blowdowns. Trail jcts were signed at their start/roads but not usually elsewhere I think. |

Nice little afternoon redline to finish up Crystal Spring Trail. It was hard to map out on Gaia using the guidebook description and the app alone so I recommend checking out the map I linked below. Part of the confusion is the guidebook describes this trail as an OAB whereas it's actually a loop. I completed the whole loop which sort of made more sense anyway given where I parked. The trail was very wet near the spring and a bit muddy around Greenwood Park. Gaia had me at 2.3mi, 200ft of gain, 52min. |
