Comments
Comments: Trails were mostly as expected after a lot of rain.
Little was dry, but some sections were damp and firm. It was mostly a trivial layer of mud.
More details for each trail
Mountain House was quite muddy for the short distance getting to Bicentennial, and after that had water running for about half a mile. Minor mud to the summit after the junction with Jack Frost.
Harrington trail between the summit and Lower Link was mostly fine, there was just a large puddle right near the junction with Lower Link. This
The upper half of Lower Link was in good shape, and the bottom half was a river emulation, lots of water running on the trail and a muddy mess.
Jack Frost was in good shape overall. No significant mud nor running water, it was just damp but firm. The rock face was slippery, however.
High Meadow trail was overall good, it was the driest trail overall as well as the least mud, until just before the meadow itself and junction with Bicentennial. There was water pooling on the trail and a lot of mud. I was able to pass it by rock hopping, and it should be avoidable with care.
Bicentennial trail between High Meadow and Mountain House was good.

This was all expected given the rain that recently came through, and will likely be similar through Sunday with more rain forecasted.
