Trails were mostly dry this morning. Probably the most challenging part of the hike was getting across Route 28 (twice) during morning rush hour. Great views on Buck Hill. Savoy Path was vague down low and rugged over the wooded summit of Hawk Hill with some scrambles. Surprisingly peaceful in some areas when away from the sound of traffic.
