Parking/Access Road Notes: First car there at 6 a.m.. 8:30 a.m. there were 6 cars, or about 1/2 full.

Trail Maintenance Notes: Small blowdown between Wapack, Midstate Junction on Nuttting Hill and Parking lot. Easy walk around.

Dog-Related Notes: Saw two happy pooches just tarting up the trail.

Comments: Pretty sunrise hike. Summit temp about 32 F and windy. Fleece and a hard shell was fine even through I was standing around taking photos. Here and there were patches of black ice on some of the slabs. Not much, easy to step around but hard to see in the dark.
