Caribou Valley Road ends at metal bridge. Parking for 10-15 vehicles.

Water high on South Branch. Plank gets you across without getting wet. |

Trail wet & muddy. Should dry out when rains end. |

A little bit of everything. Nice off and on breeze kept them away most
of the hike. |

Trail climbing to Sugarloaf really wet. 360 views at summit. Trail
between peaks mostly level, fast & dry. No views from Spaulding. Met
some AT section hikers really slowed down by heat & humidity. |
