Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: No Problems with crowds at this BSP lot. If coming from south gate there is a section of tote road closed making this trailhead inaccessible as of now. Must enter at Matagamon gate. There is a cut off time to start this hike posted at the ranger station. 11AM I believe.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Mud - Significant, Standing/Running Water on Trail

Comments: Pogy Notch Tr. is very muddy and wet. Early on Center Ridge Tr was fairly slippery with rain the previous day still damp on the slick rhiolite. Majority of the trail in good shape. Very little footbed as this trip sees few people
