Huge thanks to Jeff & Karine for getting out yesterday and setting a trail (on a very cold/windy day). Ski area hiking was fast, everything above treeline was windy (clouds blew in on the way back from the Horn).
We stayed in snowshoes all day, but I agree with their report, crampons would not have been overkill in a few spots (though you would be changing footwear often) |
