Parking/Access Road Notes: I was the first car at the gate at the end of Bog Road in West Bethel, but there were a couple of others by the time I returned. Room for 10 or so, at least.

Water Crossing Notes: A couple of modest rock-hops 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A few blowdowns, one large shortly after Caribou Mtn. Trail leaves a fire road .3 mile form its north end. Overall, in decent shape. Hardly any blazes but easy to follow.

Bugs: Moderate bugs.

Comments
Comments: The north end of the Caribou Trail is a mellower approach to the excellent ledges at the summit of Caribou Mtn., with less traffic than the popular loop from 113 in Evans Notch.
