Comments
Comments: Up the AT headed North from ME 4. We stopped at the Piazza rock to climb on top and get pictures. Then to the tent site, lean to and privy. Best privy yet, a two holer with a cribbage board in between, sign outside said, Your Move. Up past the ponds, gorgeous. The weather cleared more with every step we took. Never got rained on all weekend. We were in the perfect place to be. Broke tree line and pushed for the summit! Open vistas abounding. Dropped into the saddle and over to the horn where we met a couple we had already seen twice that morning! Hope to see you in the Whites! Then it was back to Saddleback and down the ski trails where there was more and more lupine as we descended. What a great weekend in Main! Thank you Dan for another grand adventure! Cheers!
