Comments
Comments: Tower removal on two nearby peaks (Round and one other) complete as of 7/17 (was some confusion locally that Snow was not accessible due to this). Snow Mountain Trail a bit tricky to follow due to a lack of signage, some logging cuts, and some paths around blowdowns. Area around Snow Mountain Pond was really muddy and had large pools of flooded trail. Just prior to reaching the pond, there is a four way junction (straight to pond) with an active logging road. Taking a right (uphill) avoids the mess at the pond and eventually rejoins the trail (marked with a cairn). Cab has recently fallen off the fire tower at the summit, but the frame can still be climbed for views (also a directional view just prior to reaching the summit).
