Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: The rocks on the water crossings did not have any black ice and were very easy.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trails are well blazed except for a section on the Grafton Loop Trail from the SW summit to just below the summit ledges. This section of trail does not have any blazes and instead is marked with faint yellow/gold arrows which were very hard to see. These arrows should probably be repainted at some point. The trail itself is in excellent condition though.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Very dog friendly trail, the trail itself is not too rocky, plenty of water at the beginning.

Comments
Comments: Fun mid-autumn hike, the trails were in excellent condition and easily followed. Definitely pay attention, there are a lot of herd paths so it would be easy to get lost. If you do not see a blaze/cairn within 5 minutes, backtrack to the nearest one. At the summit, the GLT is a little tricky to follow because of the faint yellow arrows, the cairns are your friends. Also I did not see any black ice, just isolated pockets of ice that were easily avoided.
