Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: The 7 miles from 26 to summit of Sunday River White Cap was in pretty good shape after the winter. We cleared off all the limbs (stuff 2" and smaller) from the entire trail; also sawed out a half dozen trees 5"-10" enough so people can stay on trail and not widen it. Great shape for hiking. For the maintainer, if they look here, there are 3-4 trees about 10"-16" that are easy to step over and stay on trail but could use an axe to cut up; and the stone steps have a lot of leaves on them. Overall in very good shape for Grafton Loop.
