Comments: Yes it's your favorite two clown dogs. I mean how many people want to do this loop month after month? Cooler to start but the winds were not to bad 20-30. There is new dead fall between Sugarloaf and Spaulding and Spaulding and the Abraham cutoff, but nothing more than a couple trees that you have to skirt around. There are several leaners on the way up to Abraham. Bushwhack over to Redington is becoming more like herd path. We got view on top of Redington but it was of dark clouds moving in, so we opened a can of "toughen up" and got over to South Crocker. We met the only folks we saw all day coming up to South. The said they had taken the AT boundary over to North :( they said they recognized us from before and as we did the up and back to North Crocker we were theorizing like two goof balls what great hikers those folks had met (hence the new handles), It started to spit coming back off South down the cirque and with the leaves and afternoon light, raided the degree of difficulty for not loosing blood a little bit coming down.
