Comments
Comments: We walked up the dirt road from the parking area. After three bridges the road turns left; there is a yellow arrow pointing left, some flagging and a cairn (this is the old trail they do not want you to use). Continue on the road over a total of four bridges and the road will fork. Take the right fork. Follow this dirt road (past where the old trail crosses this road - marked by a cairn on right) until you come to the trail on the right. The trail is marked with a cairn and flagging and starts at what seems to be a high point. The trail is a little grown in in places but easily followed. Nice views from a ledge lookout and from a few rungs up the ladder of the fire tower.
