| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
parked just before the steel grated bridge, then about 1/4 mile to AT crossing. Caribou Valley(Pond) Road pretty eroded like prior trip reports noted. Best to use a vehicle with some ground clearance- but did see a Hyundia Accent make it to the parking area. |

Some rime ice up on top of Sugarloaf. Some icing up high, but not enough to warrant traction. |
