The trail was packed out to West Peak and we used light traction until we reached the summit. Only one snowshoer had been to East Peak before us that morning so we switched to snowshoes and then back to light traction to reach the summit cone because of the exposed rocks and thin snow/ice on that section. Beautiful day out there, clear and sunny skies! |
