Park roads are now skiable from Abol Bridge all the way to Roaring Brook, but snow cover is thin in spots, particularly between Abol Bridge and the Togue Pond Gate. You might not want to bring your favorite skis or an expensive fiberglass sled! |

Wore snowshoes to start (from Chimney Pond) and switched to microspikes at higher elevations, where fresh snow had blown off. Back to snowshoes on descent.
