| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The 'regular' way to this is down a drainage from the left hand turn sign. That section of trail is pretty much either washed out or destroyed, we went around about way along the atv lane through lovely woods, added a little mileage but this one is all road walk, who cares |

Great day in typical spring conditions - minus all the crowds! Saw no one on trail today, was awesome. It's very muddy, I carried snowshoes and spikes but not really useful, id rather bring gaitors and extra socks. The snow is too rotten for snowshoes and it only really makes an appearance around 3100ft. Saw four moose. Lots of trillium and trout lillies blooming!
