|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The first half mile of the Bemis stream trail is in very poor shape due to logging. The footbed is so covered in slash, the trail is hard to follow. Beyond that, things get better, though there are blowdowns and deadfall. The section that follows a skid road is not blazed, but fairly straight forward. |

| Comments: |
I walked the Bemis stream trail for 2.2 miles to where it crosses. I then bushwhacked up towards the 2,770 east peak. The lower woods and cuts made for easy going the upper woods were tighter. The highpoint is recognized. |
