|Hiking Trail Conditions Report|
||Mt. Abraham, ME|
|Date of Hike:
||Sunday, August 11, 2019|
|Parking/Access Road Notes:
||Lower trailhead is accessible by 2WD with some caution (some rocks; the two bridges that washed out a few years ago have been repaired). |
||Dry Trail |
|Water Crossing Notes:
||Rock hoppable |
|Trail Maintenance Notes:
||Blowdown about a half mile above the logging road crossing. |
|Lost and Found:
||Trail was mostly dry. We went in from the upper logging road crossing, which is pretty rough at this juncture (increasingly overgrown and some rock outcroppings; went out via the lower trailhead). The lower portion of the trail has seen many relos this year which avoid some of the muddiest parts.|
Gusty day above treeline, but not knockdown winds.
