Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Crocker Pond side of Albany Mt trail is in great shape - ran into Eric, the maintainer yesterday. The Birch Ave side, if you descend it, it isn't well blazed at all. There are loads of leaves making it more difficult to descend since it's hiding what's underneath. Lots of blowdowns. Lots of mud once you get to the flat part before finally hitting Birch Ave/snowmobile trails. Suggest ascending from Birch Ave side since it's blazed in that direction and you won't eat it on the leaves - but it needs some maintenance
