Comments
Comments: Wonderful hiking conditions for a long out and back traverse of 3 high peaks. Smooth trails, cool temps, and miles of solitude. Other than a real rough .5 mile stretch climbing to the ridge, trails are remarkably easy - what a great ridge. Soft, flat trail, with relatively few PUDs. A fun, unique .5 stretch above treeline approach to Abraham through small talus fields that felt similar to being in the northern Presidentials. Views from Abraham are just outstanding. Gives you quite the 360 perspective of the whole high peaks area. Met a couple other solo hikers making the traverse. #62, 63, 64 for me today.
