Trail Maintenance Notes: very good. from lodge, go right to obvious path in weeks, which merges with ski trails and maintenance roads to Saddleback summit. AT clearly marked with only a couple muddy spots in conifers. [AT might be tricky to follw in some spots if white blazes covered with snow.

Comments: absolutely PERFECT day-dry, cool air, zero clouds, vistas forever. cannot have better views, including Presidentials and NH ranges, most of Maine 4k'ers, and more.
