Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: We did this as a traverse and parked our car at Sugarloaf resort. Greg from All Points Transportation provided the ride from Sugarloaf resort to the Fire Warden's trailhead on Rapid Stream Road. Would highly recommend! You can drive right up to the Fire Warden's Trail parking area off Rapid Stream Road - bridges are all in tact. Only 1 other car in the lot when we got dropped off around 7:30am on Saturday.

Comments
Comments: All of the trails were very straightforward to follow. Pay attention to the cairns above treeline on the Fire Warden's Trail to get you to the summit of Mount Abraham. Best views of the day here! There was a side trail off Spaulding Mountain summit with some good views towards Sugarloaf. On the descent from Sugarloaf Mountain, we took Tote Road ski trail and then the maintenance road. Of course, there are quite a few other ways you could descend, but this one seemed fine and was easy to follow without getting into grass that was super tall.
