Mile road walk to laughing lion trail. it starts by going down then crossing brook then going up very steep. 2 nice view points of surrounding valley.... once you hit Royce trail it gets steep again to Royce connector. Royce connector is Mello to east Royce trail then it gets steep again until it eventually levels out to sign. nice views into Maine but 4000 footers in NH were in the clouds. 49 degrees with 20-25mph wind gust made it chilly. passed on true summit and north views for today. headed back down east Royce trail to parking lot for a 5 mile loop. ✌🻠|
