Comments
Comments: We did a CCW loop on the Conant Trail with an out and back on the Horseshoe Pond Trail. When we got around to the lower Mine Loop Trail junction we went up that to the mica mine and the top of Lord Hill. The mine is pretty neat. All intersections are well signed. If just going to the mica mine, go CW on the Conant loop then take the Mine Loop trail. Most of this hike was a walk in the woods with a short steep climb up Pine Hill. We saw 11 people all day, most near the mica mine.
