6.6 loop hike from campground up to Mount Megunticook, then over to Mount Battie then back to campground. Great views going up the ledges to Megunticook. Could see Mt Washington.... visibility was impressive. Last 0.4 mile to summit threw on microspikes because of complete snow & ice cover. Spotty snow and ice over to Battie. One could throw on microspikes last 0.5 up to Battie but I was able to bare boot with carefull foot placement. Great views of Cadillac Mountain from Battie... spring time on Camden hills.... ✌🻠|
