Beautiful day for this hike... about 0.2 into the hike you cross a bridged beaver dam where I saw a bald eagle, multiple ducks and a kingfisher. Ladder trail has more steps than ladders and it’s a quick route up this steep mountain. Once on the schiff path there are multiple wet rock slabs but not slippery with good footwear. Nice summit.... spent an hour then went down the south ridge trail and hooked up with cannon brook bringing me back to the beaver dam crossing... 4.8 mile loop hike... no ice or snow ✌🻠|
