Comments: Blue blaze trail, Appalachian trail

This was a super fun hike… started on blue blaze trail and the small cascades were huge waterfalls today lol. Cascade after cascade for a half mile then I had to find a safe spot to cross… wasn’t getting around not getting my feet wet so I just found a safe spot and walked through with my boots on. Trekking poles a must with the power of the rushing water. Then up over a steep ridge and back down to my second crossing which was more longer to go across but very doable. From here I scrambled up into a ledgy ravine to Dunn falls. Whoaaa! Snapped a few pictures then I connected with the AT to the top off the falls where I had to ford again… no falling here or it could mean a possible over the falls ride… 😯. Once on the other side I followed a blue blaze trail to the upper falls which was very impressive. I climbed steeply to the top where there is another falls…. I’ve never seen so many waterfalls and cascades in one hike… then I back tracked to AT then back to the East B hill rd which I had to ford one more time before reaching the road. I saw no one all morning but expected because not a recommended hike unless you’re experienced in hiking and water crossings… snowed on and off all morning. Water should be slowing down a little by the time this gets posted.. safe hiking ✌🏻.
