Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Main parking lot had lots of available spaces. Rapid Stream Road was in tough shape, but passable for most vehicles with a lot of care. I did not try to take the road going to the right of the trailhead. Did it three years ago and it was in very, very bad shape and there was no sign it had improved.

Comments
Comments: It was great to hike Abraham again, after having to abort last time, because I had two right hiking shoes and no left shoe! Typical of me. Trail was generally dry and hike went smoothly, although it was tough on the knees descending the boulders and talus above treeline. It was quite humid below 2,500 feet. Views were limited due to extreme haze yesterday. Not sure if it was general haze and humidity, or smoke from the wildfires out west, or both. Only saw a few people on the trails today. Great hiking with Brent, as always.
