Nice loop. Was in a cloud until halfway down Miles Notch when it cleared, so sadly no views from the Red Rock cliffs. top of Great Brook Trail is very steep but not rough, mostly dirt under your feet. Lots of up and down on Red Rock-fun trail. Miles Notch is enjoyable, but after being in the zone running down most of it I got hit with a sudden 400' climb just before the trailhead-tough way to end the day! Didn't think it was possible to sweat more than yesterday but this afternoon's heat and humidity did the trick. Fun afternoon with the pup |
