Another humid day in the mountains! Lots of mud but can rock and root hop through it. The first mile runs along Cascade Brook which is pretty and a distraction from what felt like a constant climb up stone steps! Great 360 degree view from the top of the observation tower at the summit. Recommend stopping at Screw Auger Falls just a bit south on 26. Beautiful falls and rock formations! |
