unnamed mountain (Rumford)
I started up the brand new Mystery Mountain Trail. This trail is a bit of a rarity because even though there are many mountains in the state without a name, it is rare for one of these unnamed mountains to have an official trail. The trail passes a lower viewpoint before reaching a more expansive viewpoint looking south and west at the end of the trail. It's a short trail, but provides a great view for the limited effort required. I found it a very similar hike to Glassface Ledge and the Howard Pond Overlook. |
