| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Consult the Maine Mountain Guide for driving directions. The trailhead is in Little Moose Public Lands west of Greenville, ME. The access roads are dirt surfaced, in excellent condition, and passable by any vehicle. Good road signage directing the driver to various trailheads (a unique feature in Maine). |

| Comments: |
Eagle Rock Trail is a well maintained trail that sees modest use. It is nicely blazed in blue with a new sign for the short Raven Ledge Spur. The footbed is soft and easy to discern. A few small streams running strong in lower elevations. The views from Raven Ledge and the summit are phenomenal and well worth the trek out to this more remote part of Maine. Little Moose Public Lands is open in winter, but only for snowmobiles. On this weekday I was the only person on trail for the duration of the hike. |
