Short and steep! From the parking area, head on the skid path behind the "Trails End" sign. The skid path is a mix of clear and overgrown (raspberries are everywhere) until you enter the wood line where it is in great condition. About .8mi up, you will find a stick arrow, cairn, and yellow wooden marker on the left side of the road that indicates start of the path. From there, it's maybe .4mi to the summit cairn and cannister. Very easy to follow herd path with a few blow downs and very few ingrown spots. |
