Huge lot with a nice outhouse and some picnic tables. Fee area; must be the honor system because we've been there twice and neither time were there envelopes, just a tube. |

One duck under. Good signs. Orange blazes to Table Rock, then blue until the AT. Thank you, maintenance. |

Watch boulders and ledges. Also there are some deep caves on the Table Rock trail. |

Prema soloed on this one. Here's what she has to say: I did the loop counterclockwise. It is better to ascend the Table Rock trail rather than descend it. It is steep and bouldery. Near the upper part of the trail, there are some interesting caves. Some of them are deep and if you explore them, you should be careful because you could fall and get badly hurt. There are great views overlooking the notch from the top of the ledge. The ledge has a sharp drop off so you might not want to get too close to the edge. If you want an easier hike, you can just go up and down the AT which ascends gradually. |
